A Modern and Engaging Digital Experience

My role

For this case, I was responsible for the complete transformation of Wittel’s website, focusing on a more modern and engaging user experience.

 

My work included designing the layout, creating custom icons, refining the visual communication, and ensuring that Wittel’s digital presence stood out in the competitive CX market.

The Problem

Digital communication lacked modernity and strategic audience engagement.

Before

Before the redesign, Wittel’s website had a conventional and uninspiring look, with minimal engaging visual elements.

 

The blog was not properly structured, limiting its potential as a knowledge hub. Internal emails lacked a consistent design, making communication less effective.

Social media content was not fully aligned with the brand’s positioning, missing opportunities for greater audience engagement.

Hypotesis

A refreshed digital presence, with a unified communication strategy across the website, blog, social media, and internal channels, would strengthen Wittel’s brand perception.

A more modern and structured approach to content presentation would enhance usability, engagement, and consistency across all platforms.
